Logging Into Numerator's Solutions

How to log in to Numerator's Insights and Promo Intel solutions, and how to reset your password

The process for logging in to Numerator's Insights and Promotions Intel solutions is now the same across both platforms.

If you still need assistance logging in after reading the instructions below, please reach out to the appropriate support team for the solution you are attempting to access:

First-Time Login

New users will receive an email from noreply@okta.com with the subject "Activate Your Numerator Single Sign On Account." Follow the guided steps to set your password, security question, and profile image. Your SSO account will then be activated, and you can follow the steps below to log-in in the future.

Logging In

Navigate to the appropriate URL for the Numerator solution you wish to access, and click Log in with Numerator Single Sign On.

Enter your email address and select Next to login via SSO. Be sure to select the check box next to Remember me to save time logging in.

Forgot Your Password?

On the screen below, select Forgot password? and then Reset password. Enter your email address/user name, select Reset via Email, and you will receive a password reset email with a link to reset your password. Answer your security question and enter a new password.

Multi-factor Authentication

To ensure industry-standard security, you may be guided to use multi-factor authentication (MFA) when logging into the platform.

The default setting for MFA will be email. You will be prompted to input a one-time code:
