Two new filter options have been added to every tab within 'My Workspace', making search and filter easier!

  • Created by Me

  • Created by Others

Additionally, your last filter selections will be saved; as long as you use the same browser and device, your workspace will remember and reapply your previous filter selections automatically.

Subscription Attributes in Insights have moved!

  • In the People Group Creator, Walmart +, Amazon Prime, and Target Circle will move out of the Demographics list in the 'Any Demographic' prompt and will have their own advanced option called 'Subscription Method'.

  • In reports that have an 'any level' breakout option, subscription attributes will similarly move out of the 'Demographic Attributes' folder and into a new folder called 'Subscription Membership Attributes.'

Export to PowerPoint feature for the Shopper Metrics Report

  • The new export feature will allow users to export the Shopper Metrics report directly into PowerPoint, complete with fully editable charts and tables. It eliminates the need for manual copy-pasting, saving time and enabling users to quickly create polished, presentation-ready slides.

  • Note that you will need to export to PowerPoint each tab that you want to present in that format.

Instant Survey Questionnaire Templates

  • Users can now build a complete survey for common use cases in just two clicks using questionnaire templates!

  • Templates can be used as-is or customized as desired, and users can edit pre-written recommended questions.

  • For more information and to see each template, check out the Help Center Article.

% Relative Penetration Metric Option in Shopper Metrics

  • When users open a new Shopper Metrics report, they will see a new bucket in Advanced Options for “Incidence Metric (if People Group selected)” that has a default value of % of Shopper Group (Observed) and allows them to change it to % Relative Penetration if they wish.

  • When users re-prompt a Shopper Metrics report that was run prior to this change, this option will default to % of Shopper Group (Observed). Otherwise a re-prompt will function normally (retain the prior selection).

  • The selection will only be applied to the result if a People Group is selected in advanced options.

  • To see the definition of % Relative Penetration, check out the Shopper Metrics Help Center article.

What's Next! Report Feature

  • This new feature recommends the next report to run, offering ways to seamlessly take analysis further.

  • Key Selections from the previous report will carry over, reducing setup time.

  • You can give a quick thumbs up/thumbs down on the recommendation and share why it was (or wasn't) helpful.

  • We're also providing quick access to Help Center and Numerator University content on the recommended report.

  • This feature will be available in select People & Shopper Insights reports under the 'What's Next' tab:

    • Shopper Metrics

    • Advanced Shopper Profile

    • Shopper Comparison

    • Basket Affinity

    • Cross Purchase

    • Lapsed, Repeat, New

    • Leakage Tree
